Sonic Toothbrush off limits

I know this may sound a little bit weird. However, the use of my sonic toothbrush does apparently make it much worse for my atypical facial pain. Every time I use it on one tooth especially, things go wrong and I’m hurting more so than normal.

Neck Cracking and C1 tech neck posture as a cause

I’m pretty sure a big contributor is my neck. I had it all cleared on X-ray, CT and MRI however it always clicks when I turn to the right and if I lay on the base of my skull with the right side in contact it aggravates things. Does anyone else have this or similar? Are there any exercises that bring relief for you? Since I had my teeth out my lip now goes numb instead.

Any help or advice for sleeping before I go insane

I’ve had this condition for almost two years now and I’ve seen an army of “experts and doctors” with all manners of scans. I’ve even taken out teeth and I’m on amitriptyline, carbamazepine 800mg, Nortriptyline, venlafaxine, pregabalin 300mg, momestasone spray and I’ve still the same constant ache in my sinus and upper teeth (as mentioned two of which are gone). I don’t even wear my partial denture as it also causes the ache to magnify. Anyway, how can I go to sleep? It aches so much. Weirdly enough, when I sleep it almost resets. I wake up (after a heavy dose of amitriptyline 20mg and sometimes lorazepam) and it feels less aching and starts to get even worse throughout the day. Laying on my back causes extreme ache at the base of my skull on the left side that transfers to my left sinus some how. ENT and the dentist have no clue. Neurologist is trying to juice me up so I’m no longer capable of thought.

I have constant pain and toothache on my left side. ENT said it was a normal find and the Dentist said it might be the sinus. Is there anyway to reduce the thickening and perhaps sort out the cyst? GP gave me a momestasone spray and sent me on my way. I'm sure my facial pain is sinus related. Is there anything that can help me? any thoughts on the CT images? looks like the inflammation is carving out bone? I have no sinus symptoms, like mucus or anything.

I had two upper teeth removed three months ago (one each side) as the dentists and specialists thought that all my suffering could be due to a fracture (my GP doctor did warn against it and I’d already been on TN meds for almost two years). Out of desperation I decided to try. It was a big mistake that I’m trying to come to terms with. Any way, for those that have also done the same. Was there any relief long term? Or did it hinge just get worse for you? I’m not sure if it’s healing or not. It just hurts so much.

I have often wondered if it was a case of COVID I had about a month before symptoms started to manifest (this was back at the end of 2024). A mixture of sinus and tooth like dull aches and pain in the cheek. My Maxillary sinuses were really blocked and infected for a time and it went away. As like many others, I’m probably too obsessed about causation. I took two teeth out a couple of months ago, yet I still feel it exactly under or around the same place. Dull, constant and unrelenting.

I had an extraction two months ago and I still have a tender ache (soreness) in this area and the red spot never seems to go away? Please can somebody advise if this is ok and what to do next?
