My gf and I are so confused are we crazy or are the planes flying above crown heights right now the loudest they have ever been? Are we missing practice for a fly over at midnight lol.

Non-client-facing art therapy positions

I'm curious about those who use an art therapy degree in areas other than client-facing work, such as sales, UR, museum work, or gallery roles. What are you doing, how did you get into it, and did the degree help you get hired? I was talking about it with family and became increasingly interested in where this type of study can take you in long-term career growth if you are looking for a shift.

Reducing dosage by small amounts and weight gain

Hi! I’m curious if people gained weight when reducing their dose by just 25 mg. I’m a 25-year-old female who has been on Topamax for 8 years at a dose of 200 mg (100 mg twice a day) for neurological symptoms. My doctor is considering reducing my dose to 75 mg twice a day to see how I react, as I’ve been having issues with not being able to regulate temp since starting the medication (but it saved my life in every other way) and with summer and an outdoor job approaching, I do kinda think I need to try it out. I mentioned I needed to think about it because I’m a bit worried about weight fluctuation. My weight has remained within the same 5-pound range (120-125 lbs at 5’9) since I was about 15. (My family is genetically very tall and thin) Part of me thinks that such a low dose change won’t have any effect, but I’m also a bit anxious. Mentally, I’m not sure if I could handle weight gain right now with some wedding stuff coming up!

TLDR: what is your experience reducing dosage by small amounts? Did it change your weight? what was the timeline?
