Teethys is the biggest scam ever!!
I ordered this article on 6th July and it’s 10th of August as I’m writing this post, they keep sending me mails and messages that the dispatch has been delayed but I don’t see how that’s the consumers problem.
Please don’t order anything from them if you’re seeing their ads on Instagram because the order will never reach you. I’m thinking of going to the consumer court route after this because they’ve already told me on their customer care that they can’t refund me the amount and they can only change the article. But why would I want something else if I deliberately chose something myself and trusted the brand.
I don’t know how they take the money upfront and have vendor issues later on and never deliver, I have seen other cases on here too where people haven’t got their order from months ago.
Everytime they just add in “sorry for the delay though” as if it makes everything fine.
