just what the title says. for context there's this one person in our org na sobrang passive aggressive at pangit kausap. for example pag may problema sya sayo di nya ididiretso and magpaparinig lang sya. or hindi talaga matino sagot nya tuwing kausap, yung replies nya ay usually not even making sense at all. sobrang disrespectful nya towards other people's feelings at narcissistic.

i could choose to ignore this person pero hindi talaga kaya kasi they end up making the whole environment toxic. maraming tao na rin ang nabobother sakanya within the org. may times na rin na naconfront na sya and ang response nya lang palagi ay ganun lang daw talaga sya magsalita at hindi na raw nya kayang baguhin.

naiinis ako kasi habang naliligo ako, bigla akong tinawag bumaba kasi may dumalaw sa amin para basahan kami ng kung ano ano. na hindi daw pangingialam sa politika yung mga rally na ginagawa nila kasi ginagawa na daw nila yun dati pa. na wag daw maniwala sa kaso ni marcoleta kasi pinahintulutan daw sya ni eduardo manalo. wag daw maniniwala sa sinasabi ng sanlibutan.

lumaki ako sa inc at ngayon lang ako naka experience ng dalaw tungkol sa gantong mga bagay. ang mas nakakapikon pa, pinilit pa nila ako mag tungkulin. para saan? wala naman ako makukuha dyan. nagtatrabaho at nag-aaral ako. wala akong oras para dyan.

nagpasalamat na kami ng pamilya ko at nagulat ako sa sinabi ng ministro sa panalangin:

“ama ipahiya mo sila at patunayan mo na kami ang may totoong diyos”

huh??? kulto lang ang nagsasabi ng ganyan. hindi naman ako sobrang relihiyoso pero alam ko na hindi nagpapahiya ang diyos. the god i would believe in forgives and loves his people.

i dont normally vent on reddit but i just wanted to get this off of my chest

i (f19) have been in such a depressive slump lately. sobrang nahirapan ako mag adjust sa freshman year of college, lalo na i was in a uni and program that was against what i wanted (which my mom decided btw). and its even worse now because my bf just got notified of his transfer to my dream course and dream uni.

at this point, i really just want to gain independence. since i was around 13, pangarap ko na talaga to get out of the house. it’s draining as hell to grow up in a house na parang everyday na lang laging may nagaaway, nagsisigawan, nagiiyakan. kelan ba kayo matuto to just treat each other nicely and with respect? i’ve become so passive because i know that engaging in an argument will get me nowhere, but it really takes a toll on your mental health.

thankfully, i had some escape from that since i dorm for college but now that it’s summer break, i’m back again and i feel even more depressed. it’s gotten to a point na i just don’t see the point in living anymore because i’m so tired. it’s not that i plan to kms but if there was an option to quit, i want out. living independently is still my ultimate dream but thinking about the work, the chores, the bills, and the energy it takes to handle urself already exhausts me.

i’m trying to find side hustles right now so i can have my own source of income. i hate asking for money from my parents because it’s another thing they can use against me. but it’s so hard to see my high school batch mates who clearly have their own money and supportive parents, it’s hard not to compare. my energy is already drained at home and i have none left to look for a job/have a job.

is this all there is to life? when do i get to start living and not feel like life is just passing me by?

hi! if there are performers here, what’s your performance makeup routine? i’m a dancer and i find that my make up doesn’t hold up especially when the venue we’re performing in is outdoor or not air conditioned. currently looking for long lasting products and a routine that requires minimal touch ups (because i rarely have time between sets and such)! would appreciate any sweat-proof, oily skin-proof recos even if ur not a performer!!! thank you!!!!

hello need advice lang po sana

for context, may tungkulin yung dad ko. hindi ko lang sure kung ano, basta parang taga track ata ng mga sumasamba. so anyway hinahanapan nila ako ng mga katibayan, eh mga 2 or 3 buwan na ko di sumasamba ng midweek tuwing nasa dorm ako. lagi kong dinadahilan na naiiwan ko lang at hinahayaan na lang nila. pero recently, bibisitahin daw nila ako at sana raw maihanda ko na lahat ng katibayan na “naiwan” ko.

how can i work around this? is it time to tell them na ayoko na maging inc? nagwoworry ako dahil financially dependent pa ako sakanila at currently walang source of income, pero naghahanap na.
