I've had seizures since childhood and I'm trying to better understand what type they might be. I know no one can diagnose me over Reddit, but I'd appreciate input from neurologists, epilepsy specialists, or people with similar experiences.

Before an episode, I experience a very strong aura with:

A strange indescribable feeling

Confusion

Sudden fear, especially a fear of falling

Dizziness

Nausea

Numbness

When this starts, I immediately sit down and stay in the same place for a few seconds. During that time:

I sweat heavily

My body completely loses its energy and feels almost lifeless

I'm unable to do anything until it passes

What I don't experience:

Jerking or convulsions

Fist clenching

Lip smacking

Muscle contractions

Tongue biting (as far as I know)

I'm currently taking Tegrital 400 mg twice daily, which has helped, but I'm still curious about what seizure type this pattern resembles.

Does this sound more like a focal aware seizure, focal impaired awareness seizure, autonomic seizure, or something else? Has anyone experienced similar symptoms?

I'm only looking for opinions and shared experiences—I know the final diagnosis has to come from a neurologist.

I've been suffering from mild seizures since childhood.

The attacks are very rare, once in 3 to 5 years and lasts for a few seconds. Currently I'm on meds.

Of late I've been suffering from sudden breathing problems. I did visit my doctor and he prescribed Clonazepam 0.25. Taking this helps me greatly and helps me to get normal.

Do patients suffering from seizures also experience breathing difficulty sometimes?

A relative of mine is planning to start a cloud kitchen business from her home in West Bengal.

She applied for a municipal trade licence, but the municipality officials informed her that they would first conduct a site survey before approving the licence. During the discussion, they mentioned that the place should look more like a small eatery or food establishment.

The issue is that she wants to operate a cloud kitchen from home and does not plan to have any dine-in facility or restaurant-style setup. As far as we understand, a cloud kitchen is meant for preparing food for delivery only and does not necessarily require a separate eatery-like arrangement.
