PROBLEM SOLVED!!! I used the revolve command from the lower profile to the upper profile! I am having issues creating this bumper cap in fusion 360. I have tried starting from 2 different sketch profiles and lofting between the 2 profiles as the piece has an easy rounded profile on 1 face. When I create the loft it’s coming out pointy instead of rounded. Should I create rails between the profiles if so how is that done(with offset plane?) Am I approaching this the wrong way? Not a newbie but far from proficient, I have tried multiple different ways to start and trying to create the profile and I keep ending up with a pointy somewhat similar profile..any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have tried to print these parts for my job now for the 4th time and this continues to be an issue for me. I designed the part( a small round glass clip) and imported it into bambu slicer. This print I attempted to love the seam of the print thinking this might be the issue but that didn’t solve anything. Nozzle is currently caked up with filament. The filament has been dried over 6 hours in 60 degrees and I have used this filament before recently and had no clear issues printing. I did a full calibration in the printer settings prior to this print thinking that might help with possibly a leveling issue. Standard Bambu PETG settings( I have tried slowing the speed down and still has this issue) 100% infill for strength on part no other settings changed. I have gotten a single clip print without any blemishes(there was small pieces of filament on the bed) with these settings but when I put 25 on a plate my nozzle ends up covered in filament and these strings hanging everywhere. Please help any suggestions are appreciated greatly!
