Passenger accidentally smacked the door again a huge rock. Does anyone know if this could be fixed with a paint pen?

2022 VB WRX (Automatic)

Over the past couple of days I’ve noticed an audible clunking noise when pressing the brakes at low speed, going over small bumps and when turning the wheel.

Could this possibly be a control arm and ball joint issue?

I’m leaning towards it being so, but would like to hear your opinions.

I have an appointment with the Subaru dealership in a few days, so they can also take a look at it.
