Hello people!

I am planning for a trip to Tungnath next week with my 3 other friends. From the info i gathered after googling so much was that we'll need to get a bus from Rishikesh to Ukhimath and then book a shared Jeep from Ukhimath to Chopta.

The problem is that I'm clueless about the finances here like how much would the Jeep charge us and how much for the bus? And if the plan I'm curating even makes sense or not. Can someone help me out with this?

I have 3 sleeper train tickets for Rishikesh to Gaziabad. It was me and my friends travelling back but we have made some impromptu plans for somewhere else so it's just of no use for us now. Does anyone wanna buy it?

It's for 15th July 4PM. To board the train you'd have to be at Haridwar Junction. It costed us 600 but we'd sell is for less. Prices negotiable ofc.

PORBLEM: I'm planning to appear in design entrance exams this year and wanted to know:

Q1. Is it worth it in 2026? Do people even value it anymore?

Q2. If i should pursue it then should I join some tuition in order to clear the exams?

Q3. Where can i get the study material from?

CONTEXT: I had a major career transition last year. I was a CMA aspirant but switched to design cause i loved designing even before i started preparing for exams. i failed so many times too just cause i didn't wanna abandon designing.

P.s.- Preferring exams conducted by NID, NIFT and IIT or maybe join AND Academy . I feel like I'm spiralling and in need of help atp.Should i join some tuitions for clearing M.des exams? cause i really don't wanna fail myself again.

I have been planning to visit Rishikesh around July with 3 other friends. Since we're tight on budget we're planning to stay in an ashram (prolly near the ghats for two nights) . Is that safe for women? Also, do they provide food?

I'm considering paramarth or geeta bhawan as stay options since they are next to ghats and have good views too and we'll be walking on ghats for views etc that's why.

Anyone from rishikesh or been there on a budget? I'm travelling there with 3 friends and need help with managing the expenses of the itinerary. This is the itinerary i made.

Day 1- Haridwar- Mansa Devi Mandir, Chandi Devi Mandir, Har ki Pauri and Ganga Aarti Day 2- Rishikesh- Goa beach, River rafting, Bungee jumping, Ram jhula and Lakshman Jhula Day 3- Devprayag and Rishikesh- Devprayag, Neel Garh+ Garud Chatti waterfalls, local market exploration

Can someone also suggest some hidden spots in Rishikesh safe but not much explored cause we're also planning to add trekking of Day 4.
