I used to pride myslef being the other man, now it's flipped I don't want you with no other man

For about a month now, I been having a pain in my right ovary. It's not a constant pain, I can go days maybe up to a week of nothing. Then it hurts, it's not a burning pain. It's short and sharp I'm usually very good with pain but this makes me 'hold my breath' pain if that makes sense? Sometimes if I'm out walking it will probably make me pause for a second maybe two. There's no chance of pregnancy as I got sterilised 5 years ago. Wondering if anyone has experienced this? Is it worth a doctors appointment?
