I can’t even lie I’m new to this and looking for volunteers to be willing to help me have a child with my partner who I’ve been with for 5 years and I’m not rich or have a lot of money for one because there highly expensive and I was wanting to see if someone wanted to help me on this journey…. Pls I’m willing to learn and do anything

I bought this car from an elderly woman who recently passed and I got the bill of sale but the DMV won’t allow me to renew or register my car and I’m looking for someone who can do it under the table pls
