Noodle Soups

Hello! I am trying to make a list of noodle soup spots to introduce my friends to. I am trying to introduce them to new cuisines and for the upcoming fall/winter and I think noodle soups are a good way to start with! I want to take them “around there world” so I am looking for the best places from different countries - ex: Japan - Ramen, maybe Terakawa? I am especially blanking on spots for Thai/Indonesian/Cambodian noodle soups. Would appreciate your recs! I live near Cafe Nhan and that’s my fave BBH spot but if you have any other suggestions, please let me know. Think easy lunch/dinner spots to walk into. Nothing super fancy, would prefer casual. Thanks in advance :)
