Help with pond pleco

I keep a fair sized pelco in my pond, ever since I got him a month ago he has stayed at the edge of the pond with his fins clamped, he does move form time to time but he stays their for a majority of the time I got him some mopani wood which he can use for digestion or cover, what can I do for him?

This is actually a very well thought out way to take out daredevil and needs to be mentioned more in modern comics. Punisher (2000) #3

Im pretty new to daredevil and more in familiar with punisher so bare with me but this portion of the comic always struck me as incredibly well thought out. It also stuck with me because this sort of weaponry is rarely used against daredevil from what I've been able to find. What do you die hard devil-heads think? Smart? Or dumb?
