You had any issues with the u1?

Hi all,
I’m a hobbyist with a bambulab a1 for almost a year now.
Was thinking of getting the u1 as I want to get into multiple color prints without all the unnecessary waste.

I have a friend who got the u1 for a couple of weeks and he mentioned that he had some issues with it:
tool heads getting stuck
Starting a print taking long time
Ux/ui not really intuitive
and some other things…

Worth mentioning that he has tons of printers as a business while I’m just doing it as a hobby, mostly printing for myself.

It was weird for me as I didn’t see a lot of complaints online.
Would love to hear from your experience, is the u1 easy to use? Any limitations/bad experience you noticed coming from other brands?

Ac board failure on A1 (NTC)

Hi all, so my relative new printer (have it for 7 months) just died out of no where, heard weird noise while Idle and not printing and it turned off completely.

Followed the troubleshooting guide on Bambulab website and noticed that the NTC on the ac board failed as I was about to check the power supply.

I read online that it’s a common problem apparently and this parts fails for a lot of people randomly so I just opened a support ticket.
Will they send a replacement? Would love to hear from a person who experienced the same thing.
Is there anything else I should be worried and look for besides this specific part?
