I paid my admission fee and also mailed them the screenshot, am i still supposed to visit the campus now?

I paid my feat fee thru card as i was unable to pay through any other method, but now I cannot see any option to pay the admission fee thru card, also i’m unable to go to lahore rn, what can i do

I got acceptance in bst, (23majors) but they didn’t ask me to choose the one i’m interested in, what am i supposed to do, what will i study?😭😭
