How to deal with itchy legs?

Long time varicose veins and have very itchy legs. I cannot wear compression socks all the time, and as soon as I take them off my legs are so itchy it’s unbearable. I put moisturizer and vein cream on my legs but they don’t help all that much for itchiness. I have been to dermatologists who blindly prescribe cortisone cream or similar and these are terrible long term, so I have stopped. At night in bed I raise my legs on a pillow. I’d like to hear what other vv sufferers are doing to relieve the itchiness.

Website link to share files

We have a community group website. We want to create a website link that directs users to a file sharing site. We want multiple users to be able to upload and download documents, also want it to be secured. Is Dropbox still the solution for this or are there better, like Google Drive? We are also cost conscious so don’t want to be paying heaps annually. Data wise it’s not going to be high volume. Any advice appreciated.

Electronic keyboards - Roland vs Yamaha

I am looking for a slim, compact electronic keyboard to play for fun. 61 keys is enough. I want to be able to arrange music, record and build layers of a song with different instruments, much like the Garage Band app. I recently started looking around stores, pretty new to electronic music but not new to playing piano. I have so far tried out the Yamaha PSR SX960 which looks pretty flash and has all the functions I like (maybe too many functions for what I need), and it is pricey and heavy. I really like the range of synth though. I have read reviews for the Roland Juno which is lighter and more portable. I have also read the Yamaha PSR SX600 which is half the price but older model. Does anyone have opinions on these brands and models?

How hard is having a specialist private practice?

Have been wondering about this and would like to hear experience and opinions. What I am seeing more and more of are, specialists have very fancy websites about themselves and their practice and heaps of doctors have Instagram marketing, YouTube channels and the like. It seems to have exploded with this level of marketing, certainly wasn’t that visible 10 years ago. Initially I was a bit sitting on the fence on this, even being a bit repulsed about it, but do realise that a private practice is ultimately a business. Is it becoming ultra competitive to get private patients in Australia these days? For example if I were to look for a particular specialists, there are literally heaps and heaps to choose from now. So I just wonder how private specialists are surviving, including how are the running costs like in having a private practice. Is it getting more and more difficult?

Electronic Keyboards

I’m an advanced piano player and want to get an electronic keyboard to have some fun playing pop and ballads. I don’t have that much free space in my house. Is a 5 octave keyboard sufficient?

Any tips on what to look out for when buying an electronic keyboard, and good, top brands and models.
