New bsth remodal and now smelling sewer gas months later.

I took apart the pea trap and its empty except a tiny bit of slime. Is the pipe going into the wall suppose to be angled? Any help at all is welcomed

Also no other sinks or tubs in the house smell they are all normal

New to pellet but used too barrel smoke,

So i just did my pre burn in, should i use a tool to empty as much pellets as i can in between cooks or just leave the hopper full? I live in Kentucky USA very high humidity and average rain fall. The grill is outside but covered with a standed grill cover. Thanks to all!
