Trump announces "economic warfare" and threatens "tremendous" consequences for its backers

President Donald Trump said the U.S. will launch what he called the "most crushing economic operation ever taken against any country" against Iran, threatening severe financial penalties on any nation that helps Tehran evade sanctions.

In a Truth Social post, Trump said Iran's navy, air force, and military production facilities have been destroyed and its currency rendered worthless, arguing the regime is "hanging by a thread."

He said any country whose financial institutions, businesses, airports, or government entities offer Iran a "lifeline" will face what he described as tremendous economic consequences of their own.

The president named oil smuggling, currency swap lines, cash transfers, exchange houses, ship registries and front companies as channels he wants shut down immediately, stressing that Iran will never be permitted to acquire a nuclear weapon.

Long on Oil, Gold, Silver, is the right play here as the Hormuzzy crisis will not be resolved anytime soon. At least not until after Midterms

Trump Wants To Cut Capital Gains Taxes To Boost Midterms

President Donald Trump is looking for new policy pledges he can present to voters ahead of the midterm election, according to a top economic aide and a former administration official, including potentially calling on Congress to cut capital gains taxes and create an exemption for certain home sales.

National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett said Tuesday in a interview with Fox Business host Larry Kudlow that Trump wants to offer voters more incentives to back Republicans in November’s election.

Would this make you change your opinions about him? Is money really enough to make you change your minds and switch over to the dark side?

SPY 800 seems inevitable if this happens as many more investors would flood into the market

US Close To A "Peace Deal" Again...

Pakistan said on Tuesday the United States were close to "some sort" of deal, and fellow mediator Qatar said talks on managing the Strait of Hormuz were at an advanced stage, despite reports of new attacks on shipping in regional waters. The comments offered some hope that the U.S. can end a stalemate that has in effect blocked the vital waterway, through which a fifth of global oil and liquefied natural gas flowed before the war. Prospects for a deal had appeared to dim on Monday after the sides' latest remarks and demands.

Oil fell back on Tuesday after hitting a one-week high earlier in trading although it remains much higher than before the war. Iran said on Sunday it was nearing a final pact with Oman defining new shipping lanes in the Strait of Hormuz, which runs between them, but said that in itself would not open the waterway unless the U.S. met certain conditions.

Those conditions were largely in line with a memorandum of understanding to end the conflict that was reached between Washington and Tehran in June and included compensation and an end to sanctions and military threats.

Just yesterday Iren said they won't make any deals until 2029, what kinda clown show is this? But it seems like Trump will definitely cave this time around with any sort of deal. Oil and Gold is down, seems like Leap plays is the way to go from here. Good Luck everyone

Trump Is Cooked

President Donald Trump on Monday scoffed at Iran’s demand for reparations for devastation caused to the country by the U.S. and Israeli bombardment over the past five months a demand he said Tehran’s negotiators hadn’t raised until now.

Trump responded that he is now demanding “compensation from Iran, for all of the people that they have killed and gravely wounded with their roadside bombs and many conflicts.”

Next is boots on the ground? I don't see US getting out of this... Leaps on Defense Stocks might be the play here and long on oil

Trump Waves The White Flag

The statement from Iran’s Supreme National Security Council secretary, as carried by Iranian state media, stated that the U.S. must withdraw its naval blockade, pay Iran damages for the war, unfreeze Iranian assets, lift sanctions on Tehran and permanently end the conflict against Iran and its regional allies.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday rejected a U.S.-backed Gaza peace plan and vowed there would be no military withdrawal until Hamas is "genuinely" disarmed.

On Sunday, after more than a week of gradually escalating criticism of the plan, Netanyahu explicitly opposed it as he faced pushback from his right-wing base ahead of elections.

"Israel rejects the 15-point document," he said in a cabinet meeting, adding that the military "will not make any withdrawal until Hamas is truly disarmed and will continue to thwart threats against our forces and citizens."
