What type of bird is this?

Man claimed to see this bird in the Pitcairn Island. AI seems to believe it is a Cassowarie

With the way the world is today I feel like it is important to have some type of spiritual/mental grounding. The only problem I see is that the more I dive into religion the more it seems that people may not have a good understanding of their own religion. I personally dont subscribe to any religion fully but I do lean towards some more than others. Im reading the Bible and Quran and also want to read the Torah.

The only thing that confuses me is the different interpretations many people have of the meaning of what they have been taught.

For example, in mathew 6:22 it talks about being full of light. For some reason this person was taught that the passage was on adultery. Now, I could be completely wrong here but it seems pretty blatant that the verse is talking about being filled with goodness/light. They could be confusing book of Mathew with another but I have ran across a lot of this through my 2 years of studying.

At the end of the day its about whatever makes the individual feel good. But I feel something big is coming in the near future and it isnt good for the common person. Its just a little frustrating when I'm called wrong or a heretic because I see scriptures a little deeper. (I wont even get into my views because they are controversial)

This isnt to call someone out or prove ppl wrong, I want ppl to understand. This is one example of many that I face when having convos online about religion.

What's are yalls views on the different interpretations ppl have based on what their religious cleric?
