Accidentally fat fingered my serial number with an extra number it’s already been approved what should my next actions be so I may create my SBR legally?

I’ve tried it all I feel like I have a KoMo classic I have a step up converter for the 240V output and the bottom rock will not spin unless I spin it myself first it also refuses to grind what so ever even on the finest setting
