In the end, once again, it all came down to us choosing Ralsei not Kris themselves making the choice. Though there's even more evidence that the choices and other narrations are Kris', so the "my happy ending is with you" scene could certainly still be taken as them at least having the thought. Plus the amount of blush on Ralsei and Blue's assessment does make it seem that Ralsei at least has a crush on Kris, but that would not be ground breaking lol. The Status quo remains.
134 days without Jager, you would've loved chapter 5 weird route. Actually he was kinda right about her lol. Well not the self shipping and her becoming our vessel, but she really did have dark side to her we were bringing out.

No time to explain, here's some of mine:
- We are the angel, Noelle's angel symbolism is foreshadowing for the weird route
- The shadow crystals are not determination
- Carol has been manipulating Asgore into the actions he will take in chapter 5
- The feather shown in the trailer is not the white pen known as hope(where did the white pen of hope thing come from), and is just a power up like the climb claws
- The power of friendship is what allows Nubert to transcend into a form even beyond
- Jockington is so popular because he is basically a biblical figure, everyone who goes to church already knows he's part of the prophecy.

I see a lot of people complaining that King has "lost his aura" or evil in the recent chapters. However, I think many people overlook the fact that he has always had a goofy dad side to him.
Even before we meet him, Chapter 1 contains plenty of hints that King is actually quite caring. He doesn't want his son to swear or eat food he appears to be allergic to, he calls him a "bouncy pumpkin" when he's pacified, and his army's loyalty to him says a lot about his character.
Of course, this side of him becomes much more prominent once he can no longer fight. Most notably, in the pacifist route, all of his assumptions about Lighteners are proven wrong. Even his view of the Knight is challenged.
I don't really understand why people expect King to act like a moustache-twirling villain when his entire worldview is being forced to change.
In the fighting and weird routes, however, he still retains his disdain and has virtually no goofy moments. He'll mock you for leaving behind recruits and shift from a koi "we have nothing to discuss" to simply "begone."

This isn't to say I definitely think ERAM is the mask Dess burned. To me, ERAM is similar to "Mike"; people keep looking for some huge reveal, but I don't think he's that deep. His main role is supporting Late Night's theme of Kris being tied to the past. If he's an object like the ICE E Pizza Box, representing a more troublesome side of Kris' past, that would fit, but he could be something else, or we may never find out. I don't think he needs to be some super Darkner created by Gaster to serve his purpose in the story.
I'm going to look so stupid if December isnt the knight, but I want to get all my Deltarune hot takes and theories out before ch5 releases. 129 days without Jager btw.
That girl has been lost in an everlasting night.
After replaying Deltarune for Chapter 5, especially Late Night, I've realised just how much foreshadowing points toward the Knight being December. Noelle's unskippable story about Dess taking her somewhere like Cyber City, Queen saying the Knight created that place, the repeated 1225 references, and December being brought up throughout the Knight's debut chapter all seem intentional.
Carol Knight works only at a surface level, Rudy Knight ignores the role he's clearly being set up to play, and Asriel Knight feels different just for the sake of it. It seems strange to take all these direct December hints and instead assign them to a male character who already had his spotlight in Undertale.
