Expire date use

I am ready for downvote for even trying to get more info, all good. Ready

I am just wondering if anyone used their pen after expire date on the pen. Have few left and all of them are in the fridge.

I calculated to used them on time when my dose was going up but only went to 12.5mg for a month , and now back to 5mg and next week will start 2.5mg as passed my first goal and less than a stone to go….. but because my doses went down faster than i thought, i might have a pen or so unused when it will reach expire date.

Not asking for medical advice, but just want to see if someone used it. I know i know it might be not safe, like i said trying to see others experiences.

Thanks

Thanks again and promise my last post about this my 10k run 🤣🤣🤣🤣

How to attach race number to running tops?

Newbie runner here. Doing my first charity run race this sunday and stupidly i thought when we are getting running tops they will come with numbers in it. How do you attach numbers to your bib or even jackets ( looks like we might have thundery rain on that day ) . I read race dots are one of the best things, but dont you feel those 4 magnets while running? Thanks

A bit of background: I’ve been running for about 4 months now. Most of my training has been on a treadmill at the gym (late evenings after work), using the Nike Run Club app, training towards a 10K charity run. Recently I’ve started doing Parkruns and a few outdoor runs, which I’m really enjoying. The challenge is that I travel a lot with work, so I’d love an app that lets me find running routes close to my hotel or around the city I’m staying in — routes that other runners have already done, ideall

So far I’ve looked at:
• Strava — has route features but the good stuff is behind premium
• Komoot — also premium for full access
• AllTrails — same story, premium
Are there any free alternatives worth trying? And if not, which premium option would you actually recommend for this use case?
I know some people will say “just run” — and I get it! But as a still fairly new runner, I feel more confident picking a pre-planned route of the right length rather than winging it in an unfamiliar city at night.
Thanks in advance
