4 Weeks to 5 Days Out 232.9 vs 217.6 lbs (Enhanced)

5 days out here from the show! Very excited and looking forward to this show. This was the difference of 4 weeks.

Yes I am enhanced

“Cardio” has been 12,500 steps per day and nothing more. No drastic measures of crazy 60 minutes stair stepper. Very happy with this look and here we are in peak week!

Any questions welcomed !

10 Days Out 220.1 LBS (Enhanced)

Weight: 220.1 LBS

WEIGHT HAS BEEN FLYING OFF

We are at the home stretch digging a little more and then hopefully get to fill up some. The look is close, but would still prefer the glutes to come in more. Either way very happy with how this whole prep has gone. Have enjoyed it a ton and only feeling run down here for the last 3-4 weeks of this prep!

Any questions are welcomed!

2 Weeks Out 222.5 LBS (Enhanced)

Week 1: 240 > Week 15: 222.5

Alright - 2 Weeks out now!!!

Boom and another week down! Really was in the flow this week while also feeling like I was walking with a bag of bricks strapped to my whole body. Had a total of 3 low days back to back to back and they were BRUTAL. No food adjustment this week at all as very happy with rate of loss over the last few weeks. We have one more week until peak week! Very exciting times! Gotta keep on digging the last bit off.

Any questions are welcomed!

3 Weeks Out 224.7 (Enhanced)

Week 1: 240 > Week 14 224.7

Alright - 3 weeks out here.

This whole prep has been a breeze. It started out as a prep then went into an idea of I didn’t really care to compete. Then once again changed my mind at about 6 weeks out that I was going to go for it. This will be my first NPC show (I have previously competed in two GBO shows 2-3 years ago) therefore I will be able to compete in Novice class.

I have been heavily focused on bodybuilding for the last 2 years with each year getting easier to do things correctly. Have really found my stride recently and just enjoying the whole process.

Any questions are welcome.
