help why are these blurry (canon eos70d)

We set up a tripod to take these & when I went back to download them they were all blurry. We set it up on a timer on an automatic setting. Taken on a Canon EOS70D. Advice would be great, thank you!!

I had a Colposcopy today with 3 biopsies taken. I had done research and freaked myself prior to going.

Obviously everyone’s pain tolerances are different. I had some numbing cream applied. That being said, I did not feel a single thing. Barely a pinch. <3
