1 pic is of me when I started gyming and was about 6-8 months in 2nd pic was me on bulk and was about 1 year 2 months in and the last pic is a current status after completely leaving the gym and going undercalories and off the diet

I was 17 when I started gym and

Was very inconsistent and didn't know much about diet and got to know I was severely calorie deficit like 1000cal a day! Then when I got the importance of it I started hitting 6k calories a day at 5'9 52 kgs ! But then after hitting 60kgs I left gym for a year and here I am now

Blahblahblahblahudbrifbridnekzncbfufbfufbfjfb(guys I'm just filling in the words for I don't know what else to say lol) jdhddhbd

Guys these are a few animes which I consider as my hidden gems (yes tokyo ghoul is a hidden gem for me as it was not as popular back then when I watched it as it is now)

1. Kiznaiver[s1 concludes the story]

2. k-project [concluded]

3. taboo tattoo [s2 never got released]

4. stigma of the wind [s2 never released as mangaka died]

5. tokyo ghoul [read manga anime adaption is crap]

6. dusk maiden of amnesia [s2 never got released but s1 still concludes the story , it's a happy ending]

7. sankarae, the undying love [s2 never came, spoiler even in manga the ending is a bit heart wrenching even if it's good]

There are a few more which I can't remember right now

Bro was already in pain being stuck in the hole, the heck rescue came from a brick hitting the balls 😭
