First 11th edition tournament this weekend. List and "play book" below for review and comments

Ive been playing 40k for about 5 years but have only done 1 tournament and that was in 10th . Starting off 11th with the intention of doing plenty more.

Ive submitted the below list ready for the tournament on saturday and i have (with alot of help from claude) put a play book togther to remind me to stay on track and not get blood lust.

I know its alot to read but if anyone sees anything ive got wrong please let me know i did have to spend alot of time training claude to out this out but I might have missed something.

Tournament is only using layout B for all match ups for eases . Its a 1 dayer so 3 rounds.

My intention is to for Purge the foe with killy fixed . Depending on deployment ill stage turn on and be pushing absolutely everything down there throat turn 2 .

Staging turn one with cover and darkness i am hoping most of my army will be ready to push turn 2 still .

Based on what ive understood of 11th i feel melee is going to be much more reliable.

Is this a sound thought process or am I just meme listing and wanting it to make sence ?
