So after the new addition we have to pay for each gattling cannon. And i need help deciding if its worth paying the extra 25 points per gun. Because if so the model gose from 380 points to 430 points.
I got room for one more Wardog in my list and want to solicit advice. I love the Stalkers for Scout, but the Brigand coming from reserves is also very strong. They will be joining x3 Karnivores, x2 Despoilers, Rampager w/ Fleshmetal, Nurglings and a Beast. Please share your thoughts.
Hi all, so I'm going to post what I think is the most meta CK list this edition (so far).
Helhunt and Hunting Warpack (Disruption): Ruinator (w/ hunters helm), Castigator (with Throne Tyrannicus) and Desecrator with 3 Executioners (w/ ignore cover) and 3 Huntsmen (w/ extra weapon range).
Here is how the games played out.
Game 1 v Dark Angels: CK 80 - 65 DA (Disruption vs Priority)
DA pulled the lead first, but was able to position wardogs easier due to the toe in on terrain changes. The autocannons getting sustained and same for the Castigator and giving it to another titanic saves CP for other important strats, such as the wardog shoot and action.
Game 2 v Necrons: CK 99 - 69 Crons (Disruption vs Take and Hold)
Game was basically over turn 2. Castigator wiped a 10 stack of immortals plus the Plasmancer and overlord. Ruinator took the Void Dragon to 1 wound after a FNP reroll. And then it was just about trapping terrain. Big Knights high OC and action capabilities make them so good at bullying other armies. Ended round 4 basically and we talked it out.
Game 3 v World Eaters: CK 98 - 43 WE (Disruption vs Priority)
Traded and blocked using the Huntsmen while sweeping objectives and deleting chaff. Huntsman almost killed beamed a Landraider but left it at 3 wounds. Opponent was forced into a turn 2 all in, killed 3 wardogs and then died in the ranged barrage come my turn 3.
This list is very very good with ignores cover and +1 to hit if target is below half strength. Autocannons hit on 2s reroll 1s is so gross. The longer range melta weapons are also really nice. Desecrator proves less useful, but the Ruinator absolutely dominates wiping chaff or Marine bodies without the risk of cover as its usually close enough to get towering for +1BS.
Has anyone else tried this list? What's your experience been?
(Edit: all these games have been against locals who have won or participated in high level tournaments, and I am not someone who has played many.)

Das Modell ist schon etwas älter. Habe damals drei Monate gebraucht und den fertig zu bekommen, was vor allem daran lag, dass ich jede einzelne Option, die in dem Set gekommen ist, magnetisiert habe.. war eine Höllenarbeit. Jeder, der schon mal ein großes Modell mit Magneten ausgestattet hat kann das wahrscheinlich nachvollziehen 😭
My current list is looking at 4 big knights, alongside the cultist detatchment. I'm fond of the mobs and beastmen, for sticky and turn 2 strategic in enemy deployment zone. But what other damned units are good? Do the guardsmen do anything purposeful? Or what about the accursed for tougher objective contestants?
Im thinking about getting into chaos knights!

Hi! After nearly a year of playing World Eaters and Chaos Daemons, I took a look at my old Imperial Knights army and am considering converting them into Chaos Knights with a bit of paint and some "Art Attack" magic. Do you think they make a good base for making the switch?
I currently have a Knight Errant, a Castellan, a Cerastus Lancer, Canis Rex, and 3 Armigers; I have some Chaos bits that could be used to convert them.
If any of you have gone through a similar process, I would greatly appreciate your advice; you know that once corrupted by chaos, there is no turning back.
From a purely aesthetic or lore reason what is the best and worst chassis designs in your opinion?
For me I think the best is the paladin. For me it’s the classic knight and the face of the order. I feel like the design is perfect and I couldn’t make it better if I tried! But in the worst spot it’s tied with the acheron and dominus. The dominus guns feel just so weak looking to me. I feel like they don’t match the rest of the body and the same goes to the acheron. The chain fist just looks so goofy and I can’t explain why.

Working on one of my bigger knights and converted to the max. Extra knee joints new armor plates a lot of 3D printing and it’s nice how it slowly blends together.
Hey guys. De-chaos-ified a wardog for an "almost" renegade robot boy. I'd like to do a freehand on the hatch, but can't think of what would look good.
