How the FUCK do you get this thing off?? It's way too strong for its own good.

I bought a dashcam earlier today and I want to place it there. But the previous owner had a dash cam or something else there and I can't get it's mount off for the life of me. Please help.

Rattling noise coming from inside this section.

It seems to be coming from inside this section of the rear hatch. Does anyone know how to remove the plastic here?
