(1) On Your Mark

Action

Having the highest turn priority, aim your Launcher upward, and fire a missile, the missile will EXPLODE into debris and deal 2 damage (pierces DEF) to all enemies.

If a party member clicks/taps the moment the missile explodes, they gain Fast, DEF Pierce, and +3 Attack for that turn, The user gets all these effects for double the amount of turns.

(2) Missile Blessing

1 BP

2 SP

3 Stacks

Action

Attach a missile on a teammate or your own weapon, they will gain LVL 1 Missile and +2 ATK Up for inf turns. (Both are removed on Strike.)

Missile increases the amount of enemies you can hit at a time by 1 for each level. (Adjacent enemy damage is single target damage, /1.5, rounded down.)

If an attack you use Missile with has a status effect (EX, Daze) That status effect will be spread to all adjacent enemies available.

Stacks Increase Missile LVL by 1, but increases SP cost by 1.

(3) Dispel

Action

Launcher move that Applies Awkward to target and adjacent enemies for 3 turns, up to 5 turns and 4 SP with 3 stacks. (Awkward removes are prevents posivite status effects)

(4) And Shield

3 BP, 4 SP, Action

Replaces Defend and Pass with "Shield" which works like Pass and skips to the next turn, and visually gives the user a shield and the "Shield" Status effect, (increases counter damage by X/2 (x being base power stab damage)) and LVL 4 "Sword" (+1 ATK per lvl but isn't Removed on Strike) for 3 turns, but doesn't restore any SP, doesn't increase guarding window, and costs SP to use.

(SP Regen+ with increase SP given by Ice Dagger, not And Shield, can only use on self.)

nerfed offense+ from 4 BP - 6 BP, changed Courage description

Offense+ - 6 BP, 3 Stacks, Passive

A flat +1 Increase in attack.

Luller (2 designs) - 1 BP, 2 SP, 3 Stacks, Action

Damage (with bombardments scaling) and attempt to apply SLEEP to all enemies for 3 turns, but doesn't pierce DEF. Guaranteed to do at least 2 damage. Stacks increase SLEEP duration by 1, up to 5 turns.

Slugball - 1 BP, 3 SP, 3 Stacks, Action

Attempt to apply SLOW on an enemy for 3 + 1(for every stack) Turns. Stacks also increase SP cost.

Holding On - 3 BP, Passive

Gain 50% reduced damage when HP is in danger. Cannot be pierced by DEF pierce.

Courage(by u/Rycharo) 3 BP, 5 SP, ) Passive

For one life per round and 5 SP, survive mortal damage on 1 HP, gaining LVL 2 ATK Down for 2 Turns, but LVL 2 DEF Up for 2 Turns.

EDIT: for the people in the comments saying "oh proc chances!!" all demo 5 enemies and bosses besides venom spirit have 100% poison proc. so do what you will with that information

EDIT 2: for the people saying "oh but venomshak!!!" infect rivals it's total damage (7 direct dmg - 8 dieect dmg) venomshank is HORRIBLE for single target damage, and it's better to save the nrg for something like ice dagger. why do 2 damage to every enemy when I can just use an infect and it'd be more consistent with HIGHER dps? or better yet use ice dagger? (again)

I don't know how someone could hate a free attack that's an upgrade to the main sword attack. It's like a krabby patty, the only people who don't like it have never tasted it.

It's FREE poison but FREE-ER, faster, and lasts longer. "tHe PoIsOn is ToO sHoRt" add ONE stack with sp saver and it's still cheap whilst being longer. Complaining about the poisons length isn't even a valid argument either. It's a DEBUFF ATTACK.

DEBUFF.

ATTACK.

It's something you add on to your main offense, NOT something that defines your build. You use it, then use ANYTHING else until the poison wears off, then infect again.

"It doesn't do anything against normal enemies!" In the most recent pit floors it's useful for cutting out HP regen and countering the healers.

This also applies to fireball because they're relatively the same attack.

It's not an outstanding attack honestly, I'm running out of things to say about it, but it really isn't as bad as these tierlists are making it out to be. Infect performs it's job really well and that's all it needs to be good imo. I'd place it in B tier

All I'm really making this post for is to advise you to please, PLEASE start using infect. People will judge a card without even using it. And don't lie either I KNOW you've never used this card in your life, or at least, haven't used it enough to unlock its potential.

after about a month of demo 5 im starting to think slingshot isn't THAT op.

it is STILL the best class in the game right now, but not to a degree that disregards all other classes.

9 Damage is really good, but is overkill for 90% of enemies and bosses.

Firecrackers is arguably the worst AOE attack as the SP cost is the highest and the adjacent damage doesn't apply AT ALL if the adjacent enemy has any amount of defense, regardless if you're using Slinger. (I tested this)

So you have a class that does VERY high damage but isn't very versatile outside of that as the only viable card Slingshot has is Power Shot.

Ball (with 2-3 charges)+ Linebounce is an INSANE area nuker and a good debuffer at heart, having the best stalling card in the game (comatose) with many other support options to back it up. No def pierce is an issue but is mitigated to an extent by using rocket boots or charge cards.

Sword is well suited for every scenario in the game in both Solo and Multiplayer. It can still do great damage whilst acting as a support. (Daze.)

Even Launcher (widely agreed as the worst class right now) still has its uses. A good supporter with negligible SP AND BP costs. As far as I know 100 HP builds are something that's only possible on something like Launcher simply due to how cheap it is.

small suggestion before demo 6

if somebody had the max stack of a card and/or more copies of the card than the intended amount because they played the game earlier, allow them to bypass the normal card limit for said card. if not this then add replacement cards for people with max stacks (ex. if you got the cure card in the jungle prior to demo 4(?) you can't get the infect card)

(LARGELY SIMPLIFIED VERSION)

holding E gives you a cross hair, after release, the nearest Gift, jump pad, grapple points, or Bell (if pocket bell is obtained) will be "carried" by the player for a maximum of 10 seconds, carry time is increased with speed upgrades.

whilst carrying, you are slowed, but you can throw said item for different effects.

throwing gifts collects other gifts, throwing jump pads/grapple points bounces players upward and gives a speed boost, throwing a bell, well, does what a bell does.

ninja belt lets you place these items directly on your character using Q, and shark tail lets you store items by holding Q for no carry time consumption, but weaker effects once unstored.

Now I don't actually mean joke-wise, don't get me wrong, it's just how the joke is phrased. See, I was scrolling my reddit feed and there's just NO. GOOD CURSES BEING CALLED THE WORST. Like I would understand Weaker Jump Pads being called the worst but not Lap 2! All I'm saying is that people should find better curses to call the WORST in the game because this is forcing a copypasta
