1986 Nissan Prairie (Desperate)

Hello! Does anybody have a spare front windshield for a 1986 prairie? I know this is really far-fetched, but i thought it was worth a shot, as im very desperate😀

I know a lot of people create their own using AI, but aside from that, what do you usually do? Do you download clips from somewhere, or are you actually making everything yourself?

And on a different topic, how much do you recommend using hashtags, or what should be written in the shorts description?

Hey everyone,

Me and a friend (both 18) are thinking about starting a small business together and wanted some honest feedback before we go all in.

The idea is to offer Airbnb turnover services, basically:

  • Cleaning between guests
  • Linen changes
  • Restocking essentials
  • Making sure the apartment is “guest-ready”

But the key difference is we wouldn’t just be cleaners, we’d try to position it more as reliable turnover management for hosts, eventually hiring cleaners and focusing on scheduling, communication, and consistency.

From what we’ve seen:

  • There are a lot of Airbnb listings in most cities
  • A decent chunk seem to be run by people with multiple apartments
  • A lot of cleaners exist, but not many that specialize in short-term rental turnovers

Our thinking:

  • Start by doing the work ourselves to learn
  • Get a few clients
  • Then transition into managing cleaners instead of cleaning ourselves

Where we’re unsure:

  • Does this actually make sense financially for hosts?
  • Are we underestimating how competitive/saturated this is?
  • Is “turnover management” actually something hosts value, or do they just want the cheapest cleaner?
  • How hard is it realistically to get those first 3–5 clients?

We both have some experience with sales, websites, and automation, so we’d try to use that as an edge (better communication, booking system, etc.)

Would really appreciate any honest opinions, especially from:

  • Airbnb hosts
  • People running cleaning/service businesses
  • Anyone who’s tried something similar

Feel free to tear it apart if needed, we’d rather know now than later.

Thanks 🙏
