Mad Prince vs Saint Nephis(at her peak)
Recently, I came across a post asking who is the least powerful being capable of defeating Mad Prince, and in my opinion, Nephis is the right option.
Firstly, talking about the devastation she can cause: when Nephis exploded her six cores against Ki Song in Godgrave, Sunny later compared that feat to a meteor falling to Earth that was the size of NQSC. If you have watched Avengers: Age of Ultron, you can see that Sokovia was easily much smaller than NQSC. Or, if you simply Google it, a meteor of that size would trigger an absolute extinction-level event, instantly wiping out human civilization and destroying nearly all complex life on Earth. Knowing that most of the population in Shadow Slave lives in these massive cities, and that they serve as major communication hubs, we can assume NQSC is easily on the larger side compared to average cities.
Secondly, Blessing can launch attacks at light speed. This has been shown countless times. Even before that, the blast Nephis used against Condemnation was stated to be near light speed. Blessing allows her to condense more than a city-level nuke into a single beam of light moving at the speed of light. There is simply no escaping that with Shadow Step, since it does not give Mad Prince instant teleportation.
Sin of Solace could be deadly against Nephis, but only if she isn't in her true form. As we know, in her true form, Nephis is immune to every physical attack. Sin of Solace needs to cut its target in order to infect them with its mental attacks, so it shouldn't be able to do anything to her in that state.
Now, if Mad Prince uses his avatars, he gets a numbers advantage, but each avatar will have less Shadow augmentation, making them individually weaker. Nephis can also augment herself through Names of Passion and Blessing, and the more damage she takes, the more powerful she becomes.
Mad Prince can use the Fifth Step, but the best being he could copy in this battle would be Nephis herself. Even then, it wouldn't work in his favor because Nephis has [The Fire], Blessing, and her Aspect Legacy, making the original Nephis more powerful than the copied version. Mad Prince also cannot blow up his cores in the same way Nephis can, since he cannot form cores through the same method she does.
I'm writing all this so the cope from Mad Prince followers can at least come to rest a little.
