Cannon -> Boom surprise

More info on Cyrene SP
Here's all the info I've gathered on Cyrene SP so far:
- Cyrene SP is a main push but it's unclear whether she's an anniversary character or comes at a later patch but what is known is that she'll be releasing in version 5.x.
- Currently her element is ice and her playable path is unknown but it's highly likely to be the new path coming in version 5.
- She's currently an ATK scaling Main DPS character but that's subject to change.
