so seniors before coming to pilani I believed that studying an hr a day properly unless it midsem or compre wud be enuf to get cs as dual however now i see nggas all around me studying a lot. Is this even true also is it really hard to get good cg needed as a first yr dualite. I aint freaking out since worst case i can just grind but knowing ts be good. Hyd campus was way more chill. Pls advice this kiddo
So Idk abt this mcn stuff what to submit from sem 1 onwards for sem 2 . I will be prob far from home and I don't want any confusion abt this mcn submission stuff later when I and my parents are far from each other. Can seniors tell me what to prepare in terms of docs now only so that I am not caught off guard in September. I got last yr guidelines for mcn but does it mean I should submit the original document offline or my parents sending it to me online is fine??
Ik you guys are seeing ppl with less percentile in mains get kickass marks in BITSAT and wanna prep for BITSAT . lemme give u reasons why this is not reccommended
1)For every guy who 250+ in BITSAT at low percentile there are around 20 ppl who got less than 150
2)Do u really wanna gamble ur chances for an easy and hard shift. U guys might think that BITSAT is easier than mains but no. There are no q papers so u guys don't know but a hard shift will be harder than mains.
3)It is sometimes a cope mechanism. If u get marks which feel low to u in mocks u wanna escape that and feel some hopium doing something else.
4)BITS has only 3k seats in 3 campus.(Am excluding other programs like 2+2 BITSM and Amravati campus idk). JOSAA gives around 65k seats which is way more .
5) By prepping for JEE you are already laying groundwork for BITS. If u guys understand concepts well and get into a zone u will defo get good in most exams.
