what's your team's sop software that people actually keep updated?

we are small company established 4 years ago, tried multiple documentation platforms over the last few years but they all seem to have the same problem. everyone is motivated to document something once and nobody wants to update it six months later. eventually the documentation becomes outdated, new employees stop trusting it and everyone starts asking the same questions again.

so my question is what's your team's sop software and how do you keep documentation from becoming stale?

Where to rent ipad kiosks for an interactive display booth?

I’m putting together a booth for an exhibition next month and need around eight iPads for visitor feedback. Ideally we’d like stands as well so everything looks consistent and secure. Has anyone rented something similar before?

Best place to rent an ipad fleet for live beta testing at a convention?

Hey folks, my team is showing off our new tablet app at a massive development expo next month. We need to rent an ipad batch of roughly 25 high spec devices (ideally iPad Air or Pro units with decent chips) so attendees can test out the build without any hitching or frame drops.
Do rental companies typically let you choose specific models, or is it more dependent on what they have available at the time? I need to know our graphics performance will match the demo requirements.

High volume iPad rental vendors that support custom device setup?

We’re planning a field training project across several offices and need around 120 iPads for a few months. Has anyone worked with a rental provider they would recommend?
A few things we’d ideally like are cellular connectivity, support for custom device configuration and management, and a setup process that’s straightforward for staff who aren’t particularly technical.
I’ve come across a few providers online but don’t have experience with any of them. Curious if anyone has recommendations or companies they’ve worked with before.

US LLC in 2026 as a non resident stuck on EIN rejected twice whats the real timeline to bank account

Like a lot of you i quit my job built a little saas side thing now want to legitimize it with a US LLC since im overseas. Thought it would be quick. Filed wyoming articles through a service got docs in 3 days. EIN application form ss4 mailed it first try bounced foreign address issue. Fixed and resent second try same problem their system hates non us formats.

Now digging around people say:
- First month rough manual everything lots of rejections.
- Pivoted to services that handle irs calls got ein in 48 hours but 300 bucks.
- Bank account mercury or relay but they want ein first and proof of address.
- Total time 4 to 8 weeks if smooth 12 plus if you hit snags.

My question for anyone done this in 2026 how long was your full path articles to ein to bank and did you use a phone service or what to dodge the irs phone snag.
