Looking for advice with my 2005 mercury 25 hp outboard

Alright so I have recently obtained a 2005 25 hp mercury outboard. It was used in saltwater and not flushed before years of storage, almost everything with it is decent except on the lower unit. On the top of the lower unit there is a golden sleeve that holds two seals, and it is badly corroded. I’ve included an image of what sleeve I’m talking about from online cause I don’t have a photo of mine. I’ve found the sleeve for sell as a part online, but I don’t know how to remove it from my lower unit. I’ve done research and have only found one other person asking how to do it in the past with very little information on it. The manual online says not to remove the sleeve for basic maintenance, but this is different. Has anyone dealt with this before? Thanks

Advice with my broken iPad

Alrighty I am hoping to get some help on what I should do with my IPad Pro 3rd gen 11 inch. I was gifted it when I graduated high school to use throughout college. Well for a little context I had knee surgery at the very end of my senior year, and I was carrying my bag with my iPad in it and fell down the stairs. My iPad went flying and broke the screen and bent the frame near the volume buttons some. I took it to the Apple Store and they said Apple care wouldn’t cover it cause it went out earlier that week, And it would cost about the same as buying a brand new one. Well the thing still works, and I used it a decent bit throughout college, and I am interested in getting it fixed. I’ve seen that a new screen from Apple is 600 bucks alone. So what I’m asking is there any other way to do this? Are there good trustworthy after market options I can do that won’t cost me a million bucks? I would like to have it fixed and use my apple pen again. Thanks in advance y’all!

Looking for advice on a iron set

Alright so I would like some advice. I don’t have anyone around me that really plays good, I’m fairly interested in trying to actually get good at the game and not just play super casual like I have the last few year(aka like 5 games of golf and mainly Topgolf or the driving range). I have a full iron set that was handed down to me by an old friend not in tough anymore, but it’s super outdated, and I believe it’s from the 90’s. I was thinking of getting a newer used iron set but don’t know what to look for. I was suggested by someone I know to get a decent used set of Taylor made p790s, but I was originally looking into something like Taylor made M2s, or Taylor made aero burners. They are cheaper from what I can see, but maybe there’s a reason why. I want a set that will last me for years of progression, but is decently forgiving. Any help would be greatly appreciated
