I purchased a Carrera sunglass from TataCliq. The product images were that of a photochromic sunglass but I received an ordinary sunglass.

No return policy in place and when requested for a refund, they asked me to send pictures of the product. As requested I shared the images and to my surprise, they rejected the return saying the product is having scratches and the product provided and the product shown in the product page is the same.

I would like to get assistance on what I can do now? Anyone with similar experience with TataCliq?
