PEG3350 (e.g. miralax and clearlax) causes you more bloating and colon pain?

Do you feel worse when you poop?

Like colon pain and feeling more bloated?

PEG3350 helps me poop, but the colon pain gets worse as well as my bloating. And it's progressive, the more I poop regularly (on a daily basis) the more colon pain and bloated I feel.

Does this happen to you as well?

When you poop, do you get colon pain? Specially in both the flexures (below ribs)

Honestly, the title can be the body.

Prokinetics will send me to extreme colon pain land. IBPs are a no go.

I suspect GP, but only officially diagnosed with severe GERD (LINX recipient) and so many other stuff. But makes no sense to bring them all here now.

I am never hungry/thirsty. Doctors advice to eat several times a day.

But for me eating something even small it's like "that's it", pain and discomfort. Digestions in stomach always take more time than I can count. Burping the taste of something I ate several hours ago it's my daily life. In one of my ER trips I remember burping an Ensure I had around 17h prior.

I am sort of disgusted to food when I wake up. And it's been like that for such a long time, probably a couple decades.

At some point I thought: "In order to get things in...things must get out". So I tried osmotic laxatives. My colon, already in pain, made me want to pass out.

When I eat I get middle colon pain, I hint it's my stomach bottom pushing colon, then, when the content of the stomach leaves over time, the pain moves to the colon corners (flexures).

Does anyone work with live cultures of intestinal methanogenic archaea in vitro? (Methanobrevibacter smithii, Methanosphaera)

I am looking for researchers or laboratories working with in vitro cultivation of intestinal methanogenic archaea, especially Methanobrevibacter smithii or Methanosphaera species. I am interested in understanding how these archaea respond to different compounds, particularly bile acids.

Does anyone know of groups working in this area?

Would be great if I could be able to make some questions.

Did you get your gall bladder removed? If so, any change in motility after it?

I was diagnosed with severe GERD (801 episodes in 24h), also IMO and I strongly suspect of gastroparesis. But dear doctors refused to provide me with a solid GES study. Currently at around 59kg and going down. Never hungry/thirsty and fermenting around the clock.

Just wanted to know if any of you got a gall bladder (GB) removal surgery and found any noticeable change after it.

I might have a theory between motility and lipids. But would really be helpful if you could let me know if you got your GB removed and if that helped with your gastroparesis and other symptoms related. Mainly motility.

Thanks in advance.

- Pagas DHL 40USD

- Pagas 35% a MercadoLibre

Acaso este gobierno no iba a facilitar las cosas para los pequeños importadores?

Alguien tiene idea de este nuevo "cambio" por parte de DHL?
