I'm wondering about your biz dev cadence, primarily. What has worked?
I've got a handful of candidates that are looking, but the bottleneck is on the client side. Typically I focus on companies with less than 500 employees, and start with the CEO, then over days reach out to 2-3 other people in the org chart downwards but who presumably control the budget for my vertical.
I'm a 1-person shop and will be using an EOR to handle payroll, insurance, and invoicing.
