Venture X or Bilt Palladium?

Deciding if I should make the transition to a Bilt Palladium from my Venture X.

Current cards:

Chase Sapphire Preferred
Chase Freedom Flex
Capital 1 Venture X
Discover It

Average Annual Spend
• dining $8500
• groceries: $1500
• gas: $1200
• travel: $8000
• other: $15000
• rent: 22000

So I’ve had the Venture X for a little while, but I’ve been debating the Palladium

Pros: 10x through portal + price match. I have a big hotel purchase next summer that would net me a lot of points.

Cons: Lounge Access limited (normally travel with partner), and lack of domestic travel partners. It is a little annoying to look for award availability through alliances.

The hotel purchase over the Summer is also a Marriott, so I considered the Boundless for a SUB play, or getting an airline card (United, Southwest, American) to give me some domestic traveling perks.

I’d also consider keeping both but that’s a lot of annual fee to juggle.

Thanks for the help!

What’s your favorite rope drop at WDW?

Missing WDW today, what’s your favorite rope drop ride or combination at park open?

I really enjoy knocking out Flight of Passage and then getting Satuli Canteen breakfast .

Value Resorts During Christmas New Years Eve Week

Does anyone have experience staying at these resorts during these busier weeks? Debating between Pop and All Stars.

Is the upgrade to Pop Century worth it, or is the Skyliner too overwhelmed at peak park times?

I have a price difference of $450 for a 7 day trip that week, 2 adults. Doing MK, Epcot, Hollywood. We use the Skyliner for Food options and resort hopping typically on off days.

Hoping for some real experience from prior years, thank you!

Favorite Resort for Couple with No Kids

Dual Income No Kids, but a frequent Disneygoer.

What is your favorite resort if you fall into this category? Or even favorite section. Destino Tower at Coronado Springs for instance is one of my favorites to stay at.

It can be any price point too! I just like discussion and planning a future trip.
