Fever Front Office...

At a bare minimum they have to be fined right because they released the injury report two hours before the game after saying everything was fine and that's a violation of the rules.

And what is the plan here...

Caitlin's been wearing that back warmer since the season started and is out now with back injury "load management"

AB has to leave the last game before it ended, but now she's back with no further clarification.

They would have been better off releasing a full injury report yesterday and giving them both until next week to rest.

Fever shouldn't have been given all those televised appearances, because even if it's not the case, their FO seems to be about making that green instead of the long term future.

Fever and Dallas Right Now...

I think Dallas comes out of this because at least they have a strong playable bench.

If AB is out for any extended amount time, CC man... the carry job gonna have to be generational...

Living in St Louis but commuting to Illinois?

I'm moving to the area in a few weeks.

I am military so I would be stationed at Scott AFB, but it just seems like there's so much more to do in St Louis vs O'Fallon or Fairview Heights and I love the idea of a walkable city.

I'm in my twenties and don't have kids not married.

Does anyone else make the commute?

Is traffic super horrible?

Or should I just stay on the Illinois side?

Probable for the Atlanta Game

For all the over-reactionary takes of why she didn't start, this is probably why.

Top 1- 5 (interchangeable):

Aces looking rusty, but last season means never count them out. Interested to see how CC works out on this team

Liberty has Sabrina already in a boot even if she was a bit of a non factor in the preseason, but you can't deny that this team is tall, and has a lot of experience an sautou hasn't come in yet

Dream trying out the position-less/no plays yet basketball, so not sure how they look. Okot looks worth the pick. The duality of Rhyne. Angels rebounds make her worth it regardless. Thought they would be a little more competitive, but it's preseason. How far they make it is if they're really are gonna try to live and die by the three.

Fever need to learn how to play defense, and hope this tick tack foul thing doesn't obliterate AB. Caitlin finally has a whistle. And Kelsey was All W last year. Raven is a perfect defensive pick. Just a question of their sus bench and that label of a hospital team.

Dallas looking really spooky early, they took their preseason games seriously and it showed. Arike and Awak still haven't joined the team yet, interested to see how they join the balance. But from the eye test, they're a play off team, and have the most balanced roster ngl. I don't see them being ranked highest, but they a solid playoff lock barring injury

6-8

Phoenix Mercury: I fear they're going to have trouble with the fast teams, but AT is a monster

Valkyries (French National Team): Biggest thing for them is if lightening can strike twice considering they waived all of their draftees, but got Gabby Williams in return

Sparks: KP point guard experiment? Cam Brink foul machine? Trading youth for older players, idk how well that's going to work out for them.

9- 15

Mystics: Power of friendship might get them to the bubble, grad school college b-ball team, the vision is there, but Georgia going to be on the ground a lot, and idk how I feel about Betts going back to the bench, and a lack of consistent three point shooting

Chicago Sky: GM Sloot talking a lot of big talk, and they have a lot of big name players but majority of said big name players still injured going into the season and the chemistry just doesn't seem there and that's going to matter.

Seattle: has a lot going on. Awa not there yet. Dom still a baby. New coach. A lot of Vets gone. Big 4 looked good in presason though

Lynx: Everyone fled like rats jumping a sinking ship. Phee was amazing last year and still in a boot, their championship window is gonzo right now.

Toronto: Mabrey is like Rhyne to me, when she's on she's on, but when she's off she's way off. same with Sykes. and Sandy as coach doesn't inspire me much.

Conneticut Sun: Defense will make it a little of a challenge, but not enough offense.

Portland: Fire
