New England backyard feeder. Thought it was just a female cardinal at first glance. AI says its a house finch, but I couldn't find an image of one with an orange beak like this.

I happened across this car at the store with a mobile antenna. Couldn't find any label on it. Custom build? What band might it operate in?

Massachusetts, US. Zoom into the bird perched on top of feeder. I see them all over but can't seem to ID it.
