Add a single partition to an existing aggregate on a C800

I have two spares drives in the machine, each are root-data-data, and I have one other single data partition on another drive. I have a single data aggregate which has two plexes, one containing 10 partitions & the other is 9 partitions. Is there some way of adding the single spare data partition to the the plex that only has 9 data partitions? Thanks in advance.

Trying to tether Pixelbook to my Pixel 9 Pro

I'm trying to use Citrix Workspace to VPN into a customer, but when I use my phone as a hotspot, Workspace doesn't seem to want to fire up. Which apparently is a thing with Citrix Workspace. Apparently if I can set my Pixelbook to use my phone's network connection via a USB tether, it will see that I now have a ethernet connection, which I suspect Citrix Workspace will be happier with. I have the phone set inside developer options for the default USB config to be USB tethering, after I connect the cable, I can switch on USB tethering, however it isn't doing it. It seems like the Chromebook just wants to charge the device. I'm using a brand new Anker cable which should be ok

Driving me crazy, why isn't my 'screen' command logging to file

I'm using it to connect via serial port to some storage I administer. Here is the command;

/usr/bin/screen /dev/ttyUSB0 115200 -L -logfile /home/davidkmcw/Logfiles/2026-07-24_08:30:14.txt

I can write to the output directory, I've cut and pasted the directory name, so no typos there, what am I missing. Sorry if this is the wrong subreddit, thanks in advance.

Weird Google TV Streamer issues since multiple brown outs

We had a neighborhood power issue a couple of weeks ago that caused >20 brown outs int he same day. Since then we have had a lot of issues with our Google TV Streamer box hanging. What is the best way to troubleshoot this, should I contact Google or is there some kind of protected partition in this thing somewhere that I can use to get it to reformat & revert to factory build as I think this thing is seriously unhappy. Our home wifi is solid so it's not that. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

First time user, getting errors, not sure how to proceed

I'm testing trying to use my Google Pixelbook (Chromebook) as my daily driver. I'm trying to use a portable app called iPhotoDraw using Wine on Crostini and it errors out, see below. This is my first time using Wine and I'm not quite sure how to proceed and any advice would be greatly appreciated. I apologize in advance if this is the incorrect place.

Trying to run a webserver inside ChromeOS, on my Pixelbook

I'm trying to configure some new hardware and I want to install software onto it via a webserver, this is in a lab environment so ideally I would do this across a crossover cable from my Pixelbook connected to the actual device. I have a USB-C to RJ45 network adapter that my Pixelbook will allow me to set an IP address, however I'm struggling to find a way to run a simple webserver from the Pixelbook. I can fire up a basic python3 webserver inside the Crostini Linux environment, but I don't that Crostini can see the USB-C network device as I can't see it under 'Manage USB devices'. Is there a simple webserver that I can run inside ChromeOS?

Does anyone know if Putty on ChromeOS in the Linux env will give me access to a serial port?

I regularly have to configured new hardware, switches, NAS, etc, using the serial port on my MacBook. I would like to be able to use my Pixelbook, using Putty inside Crostini. Does anyone know if using Putty inside Crostini will enable me, using the USB-C port to access a serial port on another device? Thanks in advance, sorry if this is the wrong subreddit to ask.

PW3 45mm charging issues

I bought a PW3 in October 24. I purchased a couple of extra charing cables for when I am on the road which generally worked without issue, however, recently I've started having all kinds off issues getting the device to charge. It'll connect without issue, the pins on the charger & the back of the watch look to be clean so I don't see that they aren't getting a good connection, but sometimes, it just doesn't charge. Sometimes I charge it off my laptop or off a wall charged or a wall mounted USB-C port, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I started rebooting before putting it on the charger which seems to help a little, but it's really quite annoying. I'm considering doing a hard reset on the device, but then it loses any customizations, I assume. Anyone see any issues like this?

I recently picked up my first EV, a 2024 RS. I have an Autel level 2 charger at home and I want to be able top plug in the car, whenever, but not have the charging actually start until 10pm. However when I set the Autel app to only start at a specific time, but plug the cablke in beforehand, the Equinox complained. What is the best method to do this?
