i downloaded gtav enchanced from dodi repacks and i cant launch it because it keeps saying it needs to launched from launcher on win 11 on a ultra 9 185h and intel arc with 16gb ddr5 and 512gb please i need help to fix it

So i have a cmf phone 1 and i updated to nothing os 4.1 and i realised it lags more that 4.0 and it isn't as smooth and there is no depth effect wallpaper or changing the size of clock can someone help me this is frustrating
