New to classic need starting help

Created a character myself and after some random running around after not finding a water chip in vault 15 (I don’t know what to do after that I noticed that I can lvl past 100% in stats. What does it do? Planning on doing a new play through and LARP as a gunslinger. Any advice on starting build for that? This whole game seems fun but it’s completely throwing me into the cold water I have no clue what to do.

First time looking into VR need help

Ok so I’m totally new to vr and since I’m a broke student atm I can not pay 400 bucks for a vr headset. I read that most headsets by themselves are computers or have inbuild computers. I want a vr headset that tracks my head morement+controllers but it should only function as a screen while my actual pc does the heavy lifting. Any recommendations? Would like to have one with a good quality if possible.
