i've only applied so far, not signed lease . i saw on the website they offered 6 weeks free promotion and i was told repeatedly at my tour in person this would apply; that's why i applied while at the office right after the tour with the leasing agent. now 2 days later the seperate screening team is reaching out saying the promotion is not listed and expired the day before i applied and will 'ask for approval'. i sadly never got written confirmation of promotion through email or handwritten forms. am i straight out of luck? is this a typical bait and switch? it's rlly my word against theirs and they hold the upper hand.

has anyone been in a situation like this before and what was the result? im currently waiting to hear back but im anxious so wanted to see others experiences. they also increased my base rent by $150 compared to the quote i applied for. is this typical nowadays?!?

This season has been entertaining but I really don’t understand the different sides. Everyone on Reddit is either Porsha side or Shamea side and won’t see the other group’s perspective. IMO none of the beef has been serious enough to take one’s side. I like everyone. Kelli is funny af even if she keeps going after Porsha I love Ms. Proportions. I feel bad for Shamea and like her out of pity even if she does too much sometimes. Angela is one of my favs even though she makes stuff up. Cynthia is my all time fav housewife (even tho she’s unfairly blaming Shamea). I don’t think any side of the beef is serious enough to hate any of them (other than Phaedra the liar, k Michelle the weirdo, and drop it with drew who should’ve been paying more attention to her kids and divorce settlement). Ok this was a dumb post of my opinions but this is how i feel. Both sides are arguing over “someone else is being a lap dog” when rlly all of them do it. Thats the whole job of a Real Housewife. This seasons beef is so boring compared to old RHOA.

Also Porsha is not the leader of RHOA that we need. Gorgeous. Amazing body. Such a glow up. But she rlly hasn’t brought much the last 2 seasons compared to how funny she used to be. Idk. Thoughts? This was a messy write up I just did sorry and thanks for reading if u did
