I’m so upset and worried, now idk how this could be turned around. It was ‘in transit’, unmoving for three days but I opened my case two days ago, so this is the update I got. First time experiencing this shitty company. Package was supposed to arrive Friday, 8/14 after a one day delay. (So really 8/13).

It’s early in the morning here, so I will be trying to contact the seller later on. I also live in an apartment and I’ve heard they don’t do good when it comes to that.

Edit: on the email they also said this: ‘Unfortunately,  we are unable to confirm control of your package at this time.  Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your Seller for further assistance..’

I ordered these yesterday and got them today from Best Buy (I’m from USA) since they were on sale. The font on the brochure looks off to me the most. I’m not sure if it should say ‘AirPods Pro 3’ on the model name or if ‘AirPods Pro’ is accurate. I can’t 100% verify the serial number, yet, even tho I‘m logged in to iCloud. I’ll probably have to restart.

Checking my heart rate works and the flashlight test on the case looks legit from references I’m seeing.

Maybe it’s real but dedicated to another country? These are my first AirPods so I’m skeptical atm.

Either way, I’ll mostly likely return them (hopefully it’ll go smoothly) and get the AirPods 4 from Apple themselves lol. I‘m not a fan on how they stick out my ears and I have to keep adjusting them.
