I got an email stating that I was removed from the process for 12 months because I didn’t follow the examiners instructions. The examiner kept saying I was moving but I genuinely felt like I wasn’t. Is this something I can appeal?

Anyone have their polygraph results sent to the panel and haven’t heard back yet ? Is this usually a red flag and is it common for things like to need a panel review?
