IBM or Virtusa with 2 year bond
in Compus placement i got selected for both of this companies so now i left with the choice which one should i have to choose and why so any helpers ..??!!!

what are the problems we are going to face if we leave the company in middle without intimation as an fresher..?
so, i have got two offer one ibm and other TCS so i dont no when TCS is going to call me for the joinning by the time i want to join the IBM so what if suddenly TCS call me then i have leave as TCS joinning letter is going to generate 15 days before of joinning what is my situation what will be the best soultion for this problem..helpp mee...
