Side effects starting Viibryd

So I am just about done tapering off lexapro and moving to viibryd 10 mg. I have been taking viibryd now for 14 days and no crazy physical side effects but been having some wild mental ones. I have had a few panic attacks which I have had in years. I also have some nighttime paranoia. I will say I have PTSD and I have struggled with slight paranoia in the past so it’s not completely new, it’s just apart of my anxiety. Has anyone noticed this at first and if you did how long did it take to get better?

Help I don’t understand 😭

Hey all! A little backstory into my diagnosis of POTS. I developed pots at 13 years old from having a very severe case of mono. The first year or so after getting diagnosed. My POTS was completely out of control. I was fainting a few times a week. I had a 24 hour heart monitor on for 6 months, I couldn’t keep my blood pressure up etc. when I turned around 15, It relaxed ALOT. From around 15-29 years old I still had it, but it was manageable. I always keep salt on me and I had to adjust to life with chronic low blood pressure but no more fainting so I was happy! Around a year ago I started to feel those old extreme symptoms returning after this many years. I’m so frustrated. The only difference between now and then is I was diagnosed with SVT and pernicious anemia few years ago. Saying this, other than salt, hydration, compression socks etc. What has worked for you when you go through extreme flairs like this? To be honest I don’t even know if POTS has flares. It’s been apart of my life for so long that I adjusted to having it a long time ago. Help! What has worked for you? I have young kids now and one of my worst fears is fainting when we are home alone and me hitting my head or something

Welp I feel stupid lol

I have been trying to get into Canada for a while, my score is very close to the cut off. It’s been about a year and my grandmom and me are talking and she says “can’t you just get into Canada since poppop’s dad whole family is from there?” So obviously looking confused, she told me that my grandfathers dad (my great Grandpop) was the first generation to move to the USA from Canada, everyone else before was in Canada. I have his Canadian birth certificate and his USA death certificate and everyone’s after until it reaches me. Have I been able to get citizenship this whole time? lol

So I played the first hogwarts legacy when it first came out, my favorite game! I want to play again before the new one comes out but do I play and beat it and then get the 2nd one, or is it a continuation of the first? I’m a little confused on exactly what it is/ if there’s a whole new storyline
