Help people 😭is this lump normal or not? I sent my vet the video he just said if the skin is closed it'll heal but I'm kinda concerned about the lump

She removed one of her stitches now I'm keeping her cone 24hr on.....is this normal or should i be concerned about her wound opening or any infection?
