i have got d y patil akurdi in my cap 1 and cap 2. i would like to go for betterment. i have Even heard of colleges better than this but with lower cutoffs (is this real?). i got 97.88% sc category. can someone just please provide top 12 colleges in mumbai and pune to fill for cap 3. i would just like to go for better colleges as much as i can.

in the scrunity form filling. while uploading documents there's a document "proforma s(for qualifying examination appearing candidates)". what is it. and where do i acquire it from?
i cant really understand image instruction. does the signature need to be below the image. and if so how does it look. i tried to go to a photo studio but he couldnt understand it either. so, i printed a passport photo with the given (4.5 * 3.5) size. and after doing this can i click a photo with a signature handwritten below it. and upload it?

I was hoping to join vjti or spit through cet in August. While doing research i just couldn't find any affordable flats (shared/ single/ 1rk /)within my rent budget. ( 5 - 7k). I really need a flat. I would have joined the hostel. But I have got a good pc. And I do need some space to set it up. As much as I have seen online hostels don't have much space to be comfortable.
